There is nothing better than just-picked summer vegetables, but who wants to be in the kitchen slaving over a hot stove to cook them? Join Chef Maria outside at the farm for a class on grilling your favorite vegetables. We will also explore the best vegetables to use in a raw dish as well. (Raw doesn't have to mean a salad with lettuce and tomato anymore!) Check back after July 21 for a more detailed class menu, once the harvest list is developed.
Chef Maria Reina is a graduate of the International Culinary Center, where she trained in NYC and at the prestigious Italian cooking school ALMA-La Scuola Internzionale di Cucina Italiana, in Parma.
Together you and your partner will learn how to cook from scratch several healthy and delicious restaurant-quality recipes.
The class is limited to 10 couples, and online registration is required, $125 per couple.
