Chef Maria Reina is back in our farm kitchen and ready to lead you in creating a three-course dinner using just-harvested ingredients from the field. Prepare to chop, dice and sauté your way to a delicious family-style dinner. All you need is an apron, a favorite beverage and an enthusiasm for cooking! Dinner will include a soup, main course, side dish and dessert. As an extra added bonus you will make things that can easily be frozen and used in the Fall, once the weather gets chilly A brief reminder of what we enjoyed over the summer.
