Give yourself time to relax and renew Sunday mornings with a Kripalu yoga class. We’ll start the day with luxurious stretches, breath work and yoga poses to build strength, balance and flexibility, then finish with guided relaxation. The farm is a perfect setting to nourish yourself in this way as we cultivate gratitude for the beauty and bounty of the natural world and our connection to it. This class can be adapted to all levels of fitness. Beginners welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
